Hourly Rates & Terms
Mr. Maerov's hourly rate is $550 per hour plus any applicable taxes for time spent on pre-hearing matters, hearing time, deliberation time, and award writing.
Travel time will not be billed, but travel expenses including lowest available business class air fare for flights over 4 hours will be invoiced.
A cancellation fee of one half of fees for days reserved for hearings, based on 7 hours per day, will be charged where hearings are cancelled less than 30 days in advance of the first day.
